WE ARE UNITED II
After the international break we could do with a positive performance for our visit to St. Mary's at 12:30pm on Saturday. The win is also crucial and with Ugarte to come in and hopefully Hojlund back in the team, we can get the season back on track starting with this away trip versus Southampton.
We say, we and our, when talking about our football teams because they mean so much to us. We love the fans, we love the players, we love the manager (whether it's Sir Matt Busby, John, Mark or Eric Ten Hag) and we love the club.
We feel part of it all. As Manchester United supporters, We are United!

"Manchester United is the reason I'm optimistic for every weekend. (Well it's a bit harder these days but you live in hope).
It's a tradition of football that's still done in the vision of Sir Matt Busby.
With the players developed through our youth teams.
A team that reflects the traditions and reasons I love Manchester.
It's a style of football that's not always but at least supposed to be played a certain way.
Plenty I don't know.
The history of the club is long and deep and always interesting to dig into.
There's other things I don't know.
Why did the club choose to buy Poborský over Zidane.
Why could we never manage to sign Robben every summer?
Why wasn't VAR there when Paul Scholes incorrectly had a goal ruled out for offside against Porto (Who would have heard of Mourinho if it had been correctly allowed)
Why was Nani sent off against Real Madrid?"

"The supporters club is the extended family that you get to see a few times a year.
Don't see them all the time but it helps keep me connected to Longford and we've a nice little routine as a club developed over the decades that's always enjoyable.
I enjoy the little things, the Greggs in Wales, seeing people for the breakfast in the mornings in the Village."

First Game – Sheffield Wednesday, Result 2-0
Best Game – Torn between beating AC Milan 4-0 in the champions league or Liverpool 4-3 in the cup last year
Top Player – Present Bruno, All Time Cantona
Final League Position – 4th
Score This Weekend 2-1 United
"Growing up in a United family meant it was a constant obsession and pretty much guaranteed we'd be together at whatever time the games would be on midweek or at the weekends.
Everyone had their favourites and spot they'd watch the match from.
Players they loved, players they hated. (Mam absolutely hated Barthez when he'd run out with the ball, funny how that's basically all goalkeepers now).
Even now that we aren't always together to watch matches, usually the first thing that we do after a match is ring each other."

"First game... I cant remember, ha ha!
Best game, United v City when Rooney scored the bicycle kick.
Final league position I'm hoping 4th but going with 5th.
It will be a tough game against Southampton, so going 2-1 United.
Aston Villa first game, won 2 nil, lol.
Top Player? Has to be Cantona!"

"1st trip, Leicester city Jan 1998. We lost to a Tony Cottee goal. Yes remember him. Some experience to take all in that day. Brilliant trip too!
Best Game? As in atmosphere was Derby. Can't remember the year, think it's 09/10.
Every one was up for it that day. Never seen Trafford bar as electric before a game. Even David Jones said it to me in there, "Wow Mog, this place is alive today."
Favourite player Paul Scholes.
5th, say no more about this lol.
1 nil to united to get us back on track"
