MUSC Longford@OldTrafford 24/25 Vol1
Man U v Brentford
MUSC Longford embarked on our first trip of the 24/25 Premier League Season to The Theatre of Dreams last weekend and were treated to a win and a decent performance.
Matchday is made up of more than just the 90 minutes of football, it's about the whole experience of the day from the excitement on the bus journey to Old Trafford to the buzz around the stadium... Tens of thousands of Man U fans streaming down the road from The Trafford Bar to Hotel Football, forming a Red Sea in M16!
Surprise No.1
Every time you go to Old Trafford you'll have a different experience, different seats and different people to enjoy it all with but most importantly your never far away from the action..
From the fanfare when the teams make their way down the tunnel to the claps and cheers at the final whistle as Glory, Glory Man United is pumped around the stadium, what an experience whether it's your first visit to The Theatre of Dreams or not, it is truly something to savour..
2nd Surprise of the day
There were some very excited Junior members after seeing their name's appear in lights via the Old Trafford scoreboard..
..Who knows maybe one day those same names will appear again on a starting line up..
It was one of the better days at Old Trafford and there was a lot of heart and fight shown, something that's been missing pretty much all season so hopefully it becomes a permanent fixture for the remainder.
Ten Hag showed some passion in the dugout and out on the pitch Evans, Erikson and Casemiro showed lots of experience and leadership.
Garnacho showed lots of skill on the pitch, as did Rashford surprisingly...
But the biggest surprise of the day was getting our hands on Luigi's chips outside the ground, albeit in the form of his protégé Mr. Aidan Coady and just like the football from the home side and the overall experience, they didn't disappoint!
